The Callaway Opus wedge range is their most tour-validated wedge lineup to date. Multiple head designs and shapes have been put through their paces by the world's best before Callaway settled on a wedge with a higher toe peak and smoother hosel transition to inspire complete confidence behind the ball regardless of the shot required, without losing the classic, clean players' styling you'd expect from a Callaway wedge. All-new Spin Gen Face Technology combines three elements of face engineering to maximise spin and control from any situation around the green. Finally, four grind options with a vast range of loft and bounce combinations will help you completely dial your wedge setup to fit your golf swing, course conditions and distance gaps.

The Opus Platinum takes an engineering leap in wedge technology, fusing metal injection moulding (MiM) and tungsten to control launch characteristics in the higher lofted wedges. MiM blends metals in a process that allows Callaway to precisely dial into a tour-preferred feel, whereas the bonded tungsten across the top line helps to raise CG and promote a more controlled, penetrating ball flight.

A tighter groove pattern allows for more grooves on the face than ever, while an aggressive face blast maximises spin on partial shots. An offset groove milling pattern enables you to maintain this control when opening the face to play a wide variety of shots.
Tour Certified Shaping - Opus wedges are the most Tour-tested and validated head shapes in Callaway history. A higher toe peak, radius in the leading edge, and easier hosel transitions combine for a clean wedge design that will inspire confidence from any lie.
Ultra Premium components and finishes - Opus Platinum wedges are available in platinum chrome or platinum blue. The Tour Issue True Temper Dynamic Gold MID, in a gunmetal finish, and grey/black Golf Pride multi-compound grip combine in all standard stock, with a range of custom fit options available too.

Z Grind - An attacking, low bounce (8°) option with an aggressive leading edge for improved versatility and shot-making around the greens. This balanced wedge with a chamfer reduces digging and improves forgiveness.
S-Grind - A medium sole wedge to suit various swing types and shots played mostly with a square face. Moderate heel relief helps maximise forgiveness alongside a subtle chamfer on the leading edge to improve turf interaction.

60 Day Play Better Golf Promise

We believe you’ll get along well with your new wedge, but if you don’t, our 60-Day Play Better Promise provides you with extra peace of mind. If you’re not happy, you can return it for an exchange. This can be applied against another wedge or used for a shop credit valid for six months.

To return your golf wedge, please send it back with a cover note that includes your GSO order number and a brief explanation of why it wasn’t right for you. The cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service for protection, as The Golf Shop Online cannot be held responsible for returns not received.

Terms & Conditions

The 60 days start from the date of delivery.
Available only on products showing the "Play Better Golf Promise" logo.
Fair usage applies. Returns showing damage, dents, scrapes, or sky marks will be rejected. The headcover must be unused, shafts must be undamaged, and the adjustment tool (if supplied) must be returned.
Applies to both standard and custom fit clubs. Bespoke non-listed clubs are excluded.
Customers may only use this promotion once.

The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend insurance for the return.
