Ordered Large (I am 5' 7" of stocky build) and it is a good fit. First time Base Layer this make and would order again. Worn 3 times so far and does it's job by trapping in the warmth with it's snug fit, limiting the total number of layers needed on a cold day, always helpful when swinging a golf club!
