We offer an extended Christmas exchange policy on goods purchased after 20th October 2025, valid for returns made before 13th January 2026.

This policy applies to:

New, unused items in their original box/packaging, including clothing tags.
Please note: custom-built, printed, personalised, or embroidered items cannot be returned.

We are happy to offer either an exchange or a credit voucher, redeemable within six months.

Our standard 60-day Money Back Policy also applies to all goods returned within 60 days of delivery. On selected hardware, you’ll also benefit from our 60-Day Play Better Promise – buy a new golf club, try it, and if it’s not suitable, we’ll take it back (T&Cs apply).
