We believe you’ll get on well with your new irons, but if you don’t, our 60-Day Play Better Promise gives you extra peace of mind. If you’re not happy, you can return it for an exchange. This can be exchanged for another set of irons or applied as a shop credit, valid for six months.

To return your golf irons, please send them back with a cover note that includes your GSO order number and a brief explanation of why they weren’t right for you. The cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service for protection, as The Golf Shop Online cannot be held responsible for returns not received.

Terms & Conditions

• The 60 days start from the date of delivery.
• Available only on products showing the "Play Better Golf Promise" logo.
• Fair usage applies. Returns showing damage, dents, scrapes, or sky marks will be rejected. The headcover must be unused, the shafts must be undamaged, and the adjustment tool (if supplied) must be returned.
• Applies to both standard and custom fit clubs. Bespoke non-listed clubs are excluded.
• Customers may only use this promotion once.
• You must email sales@thegolfshoponline.co.uk for authorisation before returning.
• The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend insurance for the return.
