We believe you’ll get on well with your new hybrid, but if you don’t, our 60-Day Play Better Promise gives you extra peace of mind. If you’re not happy, you can return it for an exchange. This can be against another hybrid or for shop credit valid for six months.

To return your golf hybrid, send it back with a cover note that includes your GSO order number and a brief explanation of why it wasn’t right for you. The cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service for protection, as The Golf Shop Online cannot be held responsible for returns not received.

Terms & Conditions

• The 60 days start from the date of delivery.
• Available only on products showing the "Play Better Golf Promise" logo.
• Fair usage applies. Returns showing damage, dents, scrapes, or sky marks will be rejected. The headcover must be unused, the shafts must be undamaged, and the adjustment tool (if supplied) must be returned.
• Applies to both standard and custom fit clubs. Bespoke non-listed clubs are excluded.
• Customers may only use this promotion once.
• You must email sales@thegolfshoponline.co.uk for authorisation before returning.
• The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend insurance for the return.

We offer an extended Christmas exchange policy on goods purchased after 20th October 2025, valid for returns made before 13th January 2026.

This policy applies to:

• New, unused items in their original box/packaging, including clothing tags.
• Please note: custom-built, printed, personalised, or embroidered items cannot be returned.

We are happy to offer either an exchange or a credit voucher, redeemable within six months.

Our standard 60-day Money Back Policy also applies to all goods returned within 60 days of delivery. On selected hardware, you’ll also benefit from our 60-Day Play Better Promise – buy a new golf club, try it, and if it’s not suitable, we’ll take it back (T&Cs apply).
