We believe you’ll get on well with your new irons, but if you don’t, our 60-Day Play Better Promise gives you extra peace of mind. If you’re not happy, you can return them for an exchange. You can exchange them for another set of irons or apply the credit as shop credit, valid for six months.

To return your golf irons, please send them back with a cover note that includes your GSO order number and a brief explanation of why they weren’t right for you. Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service for protection, as The Golf Shop Online cannot be held responsible for returns not received.

Terms & Conditions

• The 60 days start from the date of delivery.
• Available only on products showing the "Play Better Golf Promise" logo.
• Fair usage applies. We will reject returns showing damage, dents, scrapes, or sky marks. The headcover must be unused, the shafts must be undamaged, and you must return the adjustment tool (if supplied).
• Applies to standard and custom-fit clubs. Bespoke non-listed clubs are excluded.
• Customers may only use this promotion once.
• Email sales@thegolfshoponline.co.uk for authorisation before returning.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend insurance for the return.
