Consulting with PING pros, this custom-engineered Glide Forged Pro Wedges offers a more compact, forged 8620 carbon steel head with precision-machined grooves for predictable, consistent results. A new face blast adds friction for increased spin and control across the newly expanded range of lofts and sole grinds. All in all, Ping have a Glide Forged Pro to fit your game.

Compact Profile, Captured Look - The smaller heel-to-toe head, which is forged from 8620 carbon steel, creates a captured look at address, giving you the confidence to manipulate the head and execute any type of shot with maximum versatility for predictable results.

Friction Face - Combined with a precision-milled face and grooves, a new face blast adds texture to the hitting surface, creating friction and more interaction between the club and ball for more spin and lower launch. The hydropearl 2.0 chrome finish ensures consistent results from wet and rough conditions.

Eye2 Toe 59° - The PING EYE2 wedge face profile inspired the "S" grind 59° option, which is distinguished by the high toe design made popular by Karsten Solheim’s iconic sand wedge developed in the early 1980s. It features a blended hosel and a more traditional sole design than the original with approximately 1.5° less bounce than the other "S" grind lofts.

Fit To Your Game - Two grind options, “S” and “T”, in multiple lofts expand the offerings to ensure a wedge choice to match your angle of attack and most common playing conditions. Eight custom grinds are available through PING Wrx, where we custom build Tour equipment.

S Grind- Moderate bounce, rounded lead edge, broadest appeal.
T Grind - Narrower sole, approx. 3° less bounce than S, high versatility.

Lighter, More Control - The PING Z-Z115 wedge shaft provides a lower launch with more control and an enhanced feel. Combined, the grip and shaft are lighter, contributing to an overall weight reduction for the entire club.

We believe you’ll get along well with your new wedge, but if you don’t, our 60-Day Play Better Promise provides you with extra peace of mind. If you’re not happy, you can return it for an exchange. This can be applied against another wedge or used for a shop credit valid for six months.

To return your golf wedge, please send it back with a cover note that includes your GSO order number and a brief explanation of why it wasn’t right for you. The cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service for protection, as The Golf Shop Online cannot be held responsible for returns not received.

Terms & Conditions

The 60 days start from the date of delivery.
Available only on products showing the "Play Better Golf Promise" logo.
Fair usage applies. Returns showing damage, dents, scrapes, or sky marks will be rejected. The headcover must be unused, shafts must be undamaged, and the adjustment tool (if supplied) must be returned.
Applies to both standard and custom fit clubs. Bespoke non-listed clubs are excluded.
Customers may only use this promotion once.

The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend insurance for the return.
