The Vancouver Quebec trousers are skilfully fashioned from ultra-soft, lightweight polyester fabric, offering both mechanical stretch and the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime waterproof guarantee.
These trousers are thoughtfully designed with practical features, including fleece-lined handwarmer side pockets and a back scorecard pocket secured by a Velcro storm flap. The trousers feature matt waterproof lock-down zips on the front and legs, complemented by a half-elasticated waistband equipped with a double stud and cord adjuster for a personalised fit.

Excellent trousers, I am 34 inch waist and bought large, they fit fine as an over trouser but for anyone with a bigger waist, would recommend getting the next size up . Cannot fault them, you get what you pay for, with lifetime guarantee as well. Recommend.
Not had to use them yet but they fit well, the poppers and zip work well. Hopefully they're as good as my last pair.
