How long does a PowaKaddy battery last? - Lead Acid batteries have a typical lifespan of around 2-3 seasons before their capacity declines. Lithium batteries tend to last much longer and can have a warranty period of up to 5 years. Ensuring each battery is stored in a cool, dry place and regularly charged will help to maximise its performance.

What bags fit PowaKaddy? - Each PowaKaddy trolley is designed to fit most standard golf bags; however, it would be recommended on stand bags to strap the legs where possible. Most modern stand bags have a velcro strap for such an event. For best results, use a PowaKaddy cart bag to utilise its Key Lock system, which prevents the bag's lateral movement when using a trolley.

How long does it take to charge a PowaKaddy battery? - Charging time will vary depending on the type of battery and its capacity. Lithium batteries can take up to 12 hours, and a green light will indicate a full charge on the charging adapter.

Can you leave a PowaKaddy battery on charge? -Official PowaKaddy chargers sense when the battery is fully charged to prevent overcharging and damage to the battery. However, removing the battery from the charger is best once the charging light goes green.
