How long does a PowaKaddy battery last?
Lead Acid batteries have a typical lifespan of around 2-3 seasons before their capacity declines. Lithium batteries tend to last much longer and can have a warranty period of up to 5 years. Ensuring each battery is stored in a cool, dry place and regularly charged will help to maximise its performance.
What bags fit PowaKaddy?
Each PowaKaddy trolley is designed to fit most standard golf bags; however, it would be recommended on stand bags to strap the legs where possible. Most modern stand bags have a velcro strap for such an event. For best results, use a PowaKaddy cart bag to utilise its MAG-LOK system, which prevents the bag's lateral movement when using a trolley.
How long does it take to charge a PowaKaddy battery?
Charging time will vary depending on the type of battery and its capacity. Lithium batteries can take up to 12 hours, and a green light will indicate a full charge on the charging adapter.
Can you leave a PowaKaddy battery on charge?
Official PowaKaddy chargers sense when the battery is fully charged to prevent overcharging and damage to the battery. However, removing the battery from the charger is best once the charging light goes green.

What’s the best way to keep my trolley clean?
The best way to keep your PowaKaddy trolley in good condition is to clean it regularly after use, especially during winter or wet conditions. Use warm water and a soft cloth or brush to remove mud, grass, and debris from the frame, wheels, and wheel housings. Avoid pressure washers or excessive water around electrical parts and battery connections. Dry the trolley fully before storing it, and keep the battery indoors in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Should I have my trolley serviced?
Yes. Regular servicing can help extend the life of your PowaKaddy electric trolley and keep it performing properly. A service can identify worn parts, wheel alignment issues, battery connection problems and software updates where applicable. If you use your trolley frequently, an annual check is a sensible idea. Keeping your trolley clean and properly maintained also helps reduce unnecessary wear over time.
My trolley doesn’t run straight?
If your trolley pulls to one side or does not run straight, the front wheel alignment may need adjusting. Uneven weight distribution in your golf bag can also affect tracking. Check that your bag is securely fitted and balanced correctly on the trolley. Many PowaKaddy electric trolleys include a front wheel tracking adjustment to fine-tune alignment. Is my bag too heavy?

My trolley is noisy?

Why doesn’t a PowaKaddy electric trolley have a parking brake?

How accurate is the GPS on my GPS trolley?

Customers outside the UK & Ireland will need to return their items to the UK at their own cost for repairs & services covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
