Mizuno’s JPX825 is another model that beginners must check out. That’s because just like the MP-59, this golf club also manages forgiveness well. Forgiveness in golfing equipment matter especially for amateurs because this let the latter shoot with much accuracy and precision.
Aside from JPX825’s great level of forgiveness, golfers who are interested in this club can choose between steel and graphite shafts. The main difference between the two shafts is the weight. The traditional steel shafts weigh more compared to the contemporary graphite shafts. Because of this, shafts made of graphite receive lesser vibrations after shots. As for more experienced golfers who would like to try the JPX825 model, they may also avail its pro-steel model.
MP-64 is one of the latest golf clubs manufactured by Mizuno. This is also the same iron that Luke Donald uses. Many loves this club because the MP-64 appears not only with a cavity back body for enhanced levels of forgiveness but also with a blade-like head which allows a player to shoot the balls to their designated holes.
Golfers will also enjoy Mizuno’s MP-69. Basically, this model was just an update of MP-68. Unlike the irons mentioned above, this golf club has a muscle blade head that are more suitable for experienced players. In addition, the irons receive swing impacts well so users have nothing to worry about missing a shot.
This iron was made according to the manufacturer’s idea of balanced performance. Unlike the typical club heads, JPX800HD’s is slimmer and shorter. This is mainly because this golf club focuses more on the player’s swing rather than on the level of forgiveness. But, users need not panic about this because the club still supports forgiveness levels in a different way.

Mizuno Golf The Art of Forging
Masao Nagai: It was actually, in 1933. A long time ago, Mizuno started producing iron clubs. The big difference between casting process and the forging process: Cast is from liquid to solid. And the forging is still red hot solid to cold solid.
If you make golf clubs from casting process, always there is some shrinkage which is distortion. When it cooled down to a solid, there is some pinholes, or what we call them bubbles. Or the air trapped in the product, forging has no such things. So the structure is really tight and consistent. This is a billet of the bar of the steel.
We use 1025 or 1025E. We heat this to really high temperature. We go to the process of stretching and bending. We have a nice flow of the grain. Just bend and squeeze. And then we put this in the primary forging mould to make the shape. We use air hammer press. This is a necessary part, we called it flash. We use it in the so called the creaky cutter. We get rid of this flash. Again, we heat up this material to red hot high temperature. And we put this in the pressure forging?. They squeeze this shape, really slow and tight. Then we are ready to go to the grinding process.
Forging in a product is much more consistent. If you have a good eye, if you have a good feel. I believe you should be able to tell its difference.
Luke Donald: Well, when I try to test the golf club, I'm gonna still lookin' at few things. One way, its shape and look at it. When I look down I want it to have it. The ball comes of the club face. And how I actually feels through it, through your hands. And let the irons I play, they come a very soft. There's no vibration throughout not going up the shaft?. And it just feels so, like a sweet feeling.
Masao Nagai: Today's, forging is really high technology. Our factory is located in Hiroshima, Japan. We have been working with this factory for almost forty years. This company has been making automotive or Japanese high speed train component, which is also required really high standard of durability. This forging company only produces iron clubs from Mizuno. We produce the best of the best of forging iron clubs and golf clubs in the world.
