BRAND NEW – Has never hit a golf ball. It May or may not be wrapped in original packaging.

The shaft and grip may also have original wrapping attached.

EXCELLENT – Showing only very light usage marks. The club has only been used for a couple of rounds at most. The shaft and grip would appear to have been used for a couple of rounds at most.

GOOD – No damage. Minimal or no marks to topline. Minimal cosmetic marks to head/crown. Usual play marks on the face and sole but well looked after.

Steel shafts may have some minimal marking and slight cosmetic wear. There will be no evidence of rust spots. Graphite shafts may show light scratching and wear to graphics but no bag rub.

Grips in good condition with no wear marks.

FAIR – Still in good order but showing some cosmetic wear. Marks to topline and head/crown-like light sky marks

Shaft in good order but showing cosmetic wear. Steel shafts could have a few small marks or rust spots. Graphite shafts may show some light bag wear.

The grip will still be in good usable order, however, wear marks could be starting to show. It may have lost some tackiness

POOR – Still in playable order but showing some heavy play marks. Heavy marks to topline and head / crown-like deep-sky marks. Possible heavy wear to the face.

Shaft in playable order but showing signs of wear and tear. Steel shafts could have heavy rust spots or pitting to the shaft. Graphite shafts could show some heavy bag wear.

Depression marks show on the grip(s) or some splits/tears. In need of replacement in the near future.
