Garmin G80 is a handheld GPS with an integrated launch monitor and large 3.5" touchscreen display. In GPS mode, you can view the full golf hole, including the hazards and front, middle, and back of the green yardage. The G80 tracks and analyses your golf swing on the range and golf course. Just Tee up and hit it. The monitor can tell you the estimated carry, clubhead speed, ball speed, smash and tempo, helping you build consistency and refine your golf swing.

You can practice on the driving range with virtual rounds, compete with a friend, and hone skills on the golf course. This GPS is pre-loaded with over 42,000 golf courses. Compare your scores and stats with fellow golfers on the Garmin downloadable app.

Approach G80 is equipped with multiple practices and game modes. It offers the ability to play virtual rounds or compete with friends on any of the more than 42,000 preloaded courses worldwide with full-colour CourseView mapping.

• Launch Monitor -  The quick-access radar button makes learning about your shot easy, including estimated carry, club head and ball speed, smash factor and tempo.
• Practice Mode - Warm up before hitting the links. This mode provides simple feedback, evaluates swing and helps you develop accuracy and consistency.
• Virtual Rounds - Compete against a friend on the driving range, play in a tournament against others, or try to beat your personal best.
• Tempo Training - This feature helps evaluate which backswing and downswing timings are best for you and provides instant feedback.

Use It On The Golf Course

• Touch Targeting - Touch any point on the display, and it shows the precise distance to that spot — fairway, hazard, landing area or front, middle and back of the green.
• Green View - The Green View feature gives you each green’s actual shape from wherever you are on the course, allowing you to drag and drop the pin for greater accuracy.
• PlaysLike Distance - The PlaysLike Distance feature adjusts yardages to account for uphill and downhill shots
• Pinpointer - On blind shots, the PinPointer feature will tell you the direction of the pin so you can make the most of each swing.
