Registering Your PowaKaddy Trolley

Why do I need to Register my PowaKaddy Trolley?

Registering your PowaKaddy trolley or accessory online can extend your warranty, providing they have been registered within 30 days of purchase. This particularly applies to Plug N Play Lithium Batteries that have a 5-year extended warranty following registration, as you can see in the below table.

How do I Register my PowaKaddy Product Online?

To begin your warranty registration, visit the “My PowaKaddy” section of their website. This will allow you to sign in or create a new account where you’ll be able to register your product.

Once signed in, you’ll have the opportunity to register your product on the below screen. To complete this process, you will need to provide:

  1. The product you are registering 
  2. The product serial number
  3. The purchase date
  4. The retailer where the product was purchased

 

How to Find the Serial Number for my PowaKaddy Product?

The location of PowaKaddy serial numbers varies per product, as can be seen below.

  • FX and CT Trolleys

The serial number for the FX and CT Trolleys can be found on the rear side of the battery tray.

  • FW3/FW5/FW7 and FW7 EBS Trolleys

The serial number for the PowaKaddy FW3/FW5/FW7 and FW7 EBS Trolleys can be found above the collapsible hinge of the trolley.

  • C2 Trolley

The serial number for the PowaKaddy C2 Trolley can be found at the rear and underneath the battery tray.

  • TwinLine 4 Push Trolley

The serial number for the PowaKaddy TwinLine 4 Push Trolley can be found below the top collapsible hinge on the trolley.

  • Plug N Play Lithium Battery

The serial number for the PowaKaddy Plug N Play Lithium Battery can be found on the underside of the battery.

  • Plug N Play Battery

The serial number for the PowaKaddy Plug N Play Battery can be found on the underside of the battery.

  • Lead Acid Battery

The serial number for the PowaKaddy Lead Acid Battery can be found on the rear of the battery.

  • Battery Charger

The serial number for the PowaKaddy Battery Charger can be found on the underside of the charging adapter.

How to Enter

Submit your email address to subscribe to The Golf Shop Online mailing list. One entry per person. Open to individual UK residents only. Entries from golf clubs, societies, or organisations will not be accepted.

Draw Details

The competition closes at 23:59 on 31st May 2026. Entries after this date will not be counted. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

One Motocaddy ME Remote Lithium Electric Golf Trolley (RRP £1,049.99). Non-transferable, no cash value, cannot be exchanged for any other product or credit.

Subscription

You must remain subscribed to The Golf Shop Online mailing list until the closing date. If you unsubscribe before the draw, your entry will be void.

Winner Obligations

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must provide a photograph of themselves on a golf course. The Golf Shop Online reserves the right to use this photograph on social media and in promotional materials.
