Golf Tips: Training Your Brain
You can practice golf as much as you want, but the real great players are the ones that use their brain. Have you ever trained your brain to play better golf? It might sound strange, but it’s what can make you play at your best possible level.
If you think about it (no pun intended), you need to use your brain for a few different things when playing golf. The first one mentioned is attention. When it comes to moving the body a certain way, the mind thinks first and tells the body which way to go. Which means you need to think about how you’re going to move before doing it.
Next is awareness. You need to be aware of the target, the weather, the distractions, everything around you that can affect your shot, all of which is done by training your brain to be aware.
