VIDEO: Darren Clarke on Being Captain

In this video, Darren Clarke says that he is delighted to be named European Ryder Cup captain for the 2016 event in Hazeltine, Minnesota. Clarke says it’s a huge honour and privilege, and that it’s up there with anything he’s ever achieved in the professional game. He also added that he will consult with previous captains about the role, which he perceives to be “making the players as comfortable as possible”.
