At the Golf Shop Online, we offer our customers a whopping 60-Day Play Better Promise on selected golf equipment. We are so passionate about the performance and quality of these clubs; we know you’ll love playing them! If not, you can return them to us for a refund. Some terms and conditions apply, but as long as you look after the club and there is no damage to the head, shaft, grip or headcover, we’re happy to have them back!

The Golf Shop Online offers a 60 day Play Better Promise

Terms & Conditions

  • 60 days run from the date of delivery.
  • Only available on selected products displaying our “Play Better Golf Promise” logo.
  • Fair usage applies – we will not return the product if it displays any damage. Sky marks or any dents/scrapes to the head will be rejected. The headcover has to be new, and the shaft can not be damaged in any way by your golf bag. The tool (if applicable) will need to be returned as well.
  • The cost of returning the product to us will be down to you. We recommend taking out insurance for the return.
  • The Golf Shop Online are NOT accountable for any returns not received back
  • Applies to standard clubs and custom fit.
  • Customers can only use this promotion once.
  • Customers must email sales@thegolfshoponline.co.uk to gain authorisation before returning.
