Have you ever trained your brain to play better golf? It might sound strange, but it&#8217;s what can make you play at your best possible level.<\/p>\n<p>If you think about it (no pun intended), you need to use your brain for a few different things when playing golf. The first one mentioned is attention. When it comes to moving the body a certain way, the mind thinks first and tells the body which way to go. Which means you need to think about how you&#8217;re going to move before doing it.<\/p>\n<p>Next is awareness.
