Flexibility, posture, stability, and power are the things we need to focus on to improve our game. When planning out how you&#8217;re going to work out you need to consider which area of the game you need the most work on.<br \/>\nRemember the first thing to do when getting ready to work start up your routine is to stretch and get yourself limber. This helps you avoid injuries and gives you better gains. Afterword, some cardio is absolutely needed. This gets the body pumped up and ready and again, increases gains.
