The new Callaway X-24 Hot Irons, available starting on May 28th in the US, is the next generation in the company's long standing X-Series of irons. As the name implies, the latest addition is said to produce faster ball speeds across the clubface and deliver maximum distance throughout the bag, according to Callaway. The X-24s continue the tradition in the X-Series with the inclusion of Callaway's proprietary VFT Face Technology and 360-degree undercut channel. What is different about these irons is a new Stealth PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Finish that reduces glare by offering a darker appearance than most irons. "The X-24 Hot Irons are the latest evolution of our award-winning X-Series Irons, which have helped make Callaway the No. 1 Irons company in the game for the last 13 consecutive years," stated Dr. Alan Hocknell , Senior Vice President of Research & Development, Callaway Golf.
