Footjoy Question and Answers

We often get asked the same question repeatedly from our customers so we have decide to make a list of these questions and have posted these below to help and guide in your buying choice.

Question: Are Footjoy all Footjoy shoes waterproof?

Answer: Yes all of the range of shoes are 100% waterproof and they come with a one year waterproof warranty.

Question: Do the shoes come up small (or large)

Answer: We find that the Footjoy range of shoes are quite true to size and if you would normally wear a size eight shoe then you should choose a size eight in Footjoy.

Question: Do the should need wearing in?

Answer: Not really however it does depend on the individual as most golfers seem to have an unusual foot. If the shoes are not perfect after the first round you will certainly find that the shoes will soften very quickly and you will then enjoy wearing them for many years.

Question: Are the AQL shoes lighter?

Answer: Yes they are. The shoes were originally known as the aqualite and they are the lightest shoe in the range and are one of the most popular.

Question: Which shoe is the widest?

Answer: The majority of the footjoy range are available in wider fittings and if you were to choose a shoe from the myjoys range they even do an Xtra wide show. Of the standard  versions of shoes the contour shoe range seems to have a wider fit than most.
